The staff that works the counter is great and the food is delicious. However, the heavier woman that works the cash register is very rude. We were in from out of town and had her twice (once Fri and once Sun). Her attitude was unnecessary both times. We will be visiting another location in the future.

Jeeeez the worst customer service. I got put on hold 7 times during a simple order and they still got it wrong! The next time they got annoyed that I made sure they wrote my order down right and still got it wrong!

Very good bagels, line not bad. No sandwiches on the weekends, sadly.

This place used to be good. Now whenever I order something, something is forgotten and usually the delivery guy has to come back or isn't coming back. It's really bad. I order the same thing and for some reason my sandwich is never toasted. Go to the one on myrtle, they take a bit long, but it's better quality.

Hi!I suggest to delete from your menu the espresso. I had one this morning in your store 949 Fulton Street, was cold light dirty water. The person who did it was laughing showing the cup to another worker, and almost laughing at my face when I complained. He told me that this is the espresso. I don't demand to get an espresso like in Italy, but, a part the quality of the coffee (that was very awful), I found the service very unprofessional and disrespectful.
