One of the best places to shop in NYC. Rock solid customer service that stands behind their goods sold.

Sales happen regularly and salespersons will reach out if you buy regularly to put stuff aside.

MY experience with BG on phone ordering is the best. I have worked with Danielle in NYC store & she made my experience with the store memorable. I believe that she gave me the full experience of a posh dept store. They treat everyone as if we are all VIPs which is the way we all would love to be treated. If I was BG I would bring DAnielle to the highest level position inside this store & business. She really knows how to treat a customer. If you ever get to read this Danielle, thank you again for all of your help!! Sherri from Waterbury ps. my experience with online ordering is a completely different story & not a great one....call DAnielle, she is amazing.
