i been going to berraca salon for more then 3 years shes great i love how she do my hair no compalints at all she very polite and very honest when it comes to hair love her so much

First time I came in I was charged 35 for a blow dry and my hair looked fine but it was.horribly dry second time they charged me 45 andy hair looked and felt horrible.lesson learned

Absolutely horrible experience at this salon. The people that work there were extremely rude when I came there for my first salon visit. They said one price over the phone for the Brazilian hair treatment and then another when I actually came in to get it done. I had made an appointment early in the morning, around opening time, and STILL had to wait about 2 hours just to get my hair done. Their stylist, Annie, had her children running around in circles around the salon and it was VERY, VERY unprofessional. One of her children had then run up to my face and kept making faces at me and being extremely immature while my wait there. I do not recommend this salon to anyone, not only do they NOT know how to cut hair, as well as barely know how to speak any English but they are extremely rude and try hard to rip you off. After spending all of my money at their salon, they had told me to come back about three days later for my keratin rinse. When I had asked how much it would cost for the rinse, along with the shampoo and conditioner, they had said about $50. When I called the day of my rinse to double check, they had told me they would do my hair for $80-90 and that I would have to come in each month after my Brazilian relaxer and spend at least $100 every month till my six months were over of my Brazilian relaxer. I ended up going to a different salon instead whom were VERY VERY nice in comparison to this salon, and they had said I would only have to spend about $32 for both shampoo and conditioner and my hair would be perfectly fine for the next 6 months. HUGE DIFFERENCE. I do not recommend Beraca hair salon to anyone, they do not know what they're doing and will turn your hair tangerine orange instead of blonde, they don't even know how to color hair. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else!!
