To whom it may concern,
As I sit here in tears at my job I just want to be clear that the your company is horrible. I called your office December 16th and was informed there were no available appointments until December 21st at 9am. I came in and was told the person I was supposed to see was out and that I could speak to the supervisor Donna. I was told by donna that although she didn’t handle this type of situation she would take all my court documents, ID’s and she even gave me an application to sign. She told me that Wesam would call me on Wednesday. That call never came I actually never spoke to Wesam until yesterday when she told me I needed to complete yet another application and also submit a letter as to why I didn’t pay my rent for November and December. In between the 21st and today I called and emailed your company over 25 times the only helpful person as Lourdes. Who told me last week that everything that was needed I had given and that my application would be submitted. Yesterday I received a lockout notice and sent not only a copy but emailed and called Wesam over 6 times alone just regarding that. I have called all day today asking to speak to Wesam sent her numerous emails and no response. I then ask for Donna were I am now told that a letter was mailed yesterday because I am not able to get the grant because I made an agreement with my landlord the same court papers I submitted on December 21st the same papers Lourdes said was complete and I dint have to worry. The same papers I have been calling and calling and emailing regarding for days with no response from your team. I am disgusted hurt and afraid for me and my children’s safety now because we have till the 12th to move out. I came to you with the intention of getting help and I expected to be treated with dignity and some form of respect. I don’t know how you’ll sleep at night with these kind of work ethics.
Thanks for nothing literally. Maybe the letter will come in the mail the day after I’m evicted by the police with my two kids.
