They tried to charge me over 4k more than what the actual price of the vehicle was listed for by selling me extras that had nothing to do with the sale or things that I didn't need or want. Hell ,I woundnt be surprised if it was more included for washes and amoral. At least buy me dinner and grease me up before you try that one!

This is one of the worst dealerships in the whole New Jersey!!!!!!!! They are a bunch of scam artists, save your selves form the extra paper work and avoid this place. I currently have my lawyer involved for unnecessary reasons due to lack of professionalism from there finance mangers and lying salesmen.

We just took delivery of a 2013 GMC Sierra HD Denali. Negotiations for purchase and trade-in, paperwork and financials were all very professionally executed and quick. Rich was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend Benz and Beemers to anyone looking for a used luxury car or truck.

if I could rate customer service as "0" I would. That Victor R is an arrogant lier, I called and emailed about a vehicle and he made me go to the dealership for no reason, the vehicle DID NOT EXIST and he tried the "bait and switch" to a similar vehicle with a $5000 more expensive tag. After walking away and let him know I wouldn't do business with him, he started HARASSING me with tons of emails, even after I emailed him back requesting to be removed from his list.. STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE HIM!!

Total crooks. Avoid at all costs. Drove an hour plus each way to look at a car. Confirmed car was available at listed price before going. Showed up, test drove car, and discussed payment. Salesman went and talked to manager, and the manager said the car was listed as a "typo." A 7900 car became 11,400 because of a typo. Total bait and switch. Avoid this dealership at all costs! TOTAL CROOKS!
