My experience was great. My experience started through CarGurus, and ended with the purchase of a rare pristine 2010 X5m. I appreciate the staff's hustle to "Make the Deal Happen". Thats Love!
I wanna give special shout outs to:
Alma -
Queen of Operations-->, Courteous, Polite, and knowledgeable on all transactions especially over the phone
Jonathan -
Sales--> Handled all my technical logistical questions.
Johnny -
Finance Manager --> Stand up guy who showed me, and explained all documentation for vehicle registration, and other financial obligations
Victor- Professional, knowledgeable, was with me every step of the way, even during my test drive.
My advice to potential buyers:
1. Do your homework on your potential vehicle
2. Have Cash in hand or Certified Check to expedite the process (They will take you more seriously)
3. If financing be true to yourself. High score will always help.
My only Con:
Getting through all the paper work takes a little time

Staff was great and gets things done. I traded in my car for the car that I wanted and drove off on that exact day with the new car. They get things moving even if the place is packed. Phil was a good guy and even offered me free detailing on my car on him for the purchase.

Dealer is a scam artist and conduct business on "bait and switch" tactics. Advertized price is the price they work you with until they do paperwork and then EXPECT 3,000-6,000 mark up. They try to sneak this buy someone not paying attention and when questioned on it they casually write it off as "prep fees, market adjustments and convince you that the car they have is so Pristine that its worth it".
We did not buy from them. Calls and email follow up went unanswered or ignored. We found the same car for less with a reputable dealer the next week. All the reviews (look on their own website, car gurus, autotrader, yahoo and here are consistent. Buyer beware and go elsewhere! OR bring an extra 3-6K with you.

This dealership is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. After agreeing to sell us a 2012 Honda Civic SI for roughly $17,500.00, including the ridiculous amount of fees they charge adding up to over $2,000.00, when it came time to sign the papers, our salesman informed us that the true price of the car was over $21,000.00 including fees. We asked him what happened to the price we had agreed on the day before? Our salesman then brought us to see the finance manager, Orlando , who informed us that there was a misunderstanding and that the price was $21,000.00. We then said how there was not a misunderstanding, but that his dealership had lied to us and we were going to make sure we tell others how dishonest his dealership is. He then began cursing at us in front of customers and literally pushed us out the door. I have bought over a dozen cars in my life, and this by far the worst experience. To top it off, when we arrived at the dealership, the car was still showing fault codes that our salesman told us would be fixed before we arrived. He then agreed to take the car to his shop, and we wound up waiting around half the day for him to do this. This place was a total waste of time. All of the cars on their lot are marked way over what the cars really sell for to try to lure unsuspecting cumers into paying much more than they should. Yes, they have many luxury cars on their lot, but there attitude and sales methods are below "economy class" at best. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Made an appointment with Jean but he left just before it was scheduled so we met with Edwin. He was more interested in his cellphone than customer service. Before the test drive we noticed an alert on the dash that stated a rear tire was low but he stated it was fine. The tire was actually low when we did the once over. The vehicle also had 2,000+ miles than advertised. The back seat had laundry detergent as if someone just came back from washing their clothes. There was also a side mirror which was cracked but he had no idea how it got that way and assured us he will take care of it at no charge. Then when negotiating a price he added on over $4,000 worth of fees for items that were already on the vehicle, not including taxes. He then added to their normal "prep" and "40 point inspection" fees which was for the side mirror and tire. (he admitted to it stating "Someone has to pay for it"). He clearly had no idea what he was doing as he was struggling. One of his fellow "co-workers" handed us a print out from Kelly blue book saying the vehicle which was advertised at $16,990 was well under the recommended price of $25,000 but the print out was for a vehicle WITH OPTIONS and in EXCELLENT , PRESTINE CONDITION which this vehicle was not. This vehicle did not have those options and had suspicious damage. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
