Bentley Waters Photography

We just received the photos from our June 2015 maternity shoot in NYC and are so pleased with the way they turned out! I was hesitant to do the shoot because I am so far along and have been swelling in the heat, but Bentley did an excellent job capturing the best parts of me and my husband. From start to finish she has been a pleasure to work with. She responded to our emails right away and was flexible finding a date that worked (despite our first two dates getting rained out). She showed up right on time and had come early to scope out the neighborhood for the best shooting spots. She was very friendly and professional and an all around pleasure to work with. I can hardly wait to do our newborn shoot in a few months!

Sept 2015 Update: We just received the photos from our newborn photo shoot with Bentley and could not be more delighted with how they turned out. There are so many wonderful images it will be hard deciding which ones to display. Bentley was yet again professional and a real pleasure to work with. She was extremely patient with our newborns schedule and paused to let us feed in the middle of shooting. She has a great eye for staging and capturing shots. I know that we will look back on these images for years to come and am so happy that we captured this time in our families life. I hope that we can make this an annual tradition and that Bentley will continue to capture our family as we grow!

May 2016 Update: We just looked through the photos from our May 2016 mini shoot in Central Park and Bentley has done it again! The photos are beautiful and capture our family + the stunning landscape around us so well. It was overcast and starting to sprinkle when we took the photos in the park, but you would never know it by the stunning photos that Bentley captured. So so happy that we were able to squeeze in this shoot! Thanks!!

I have used Bentley Waters to photograph my family for the last 7 years. She has such a keen eye and captures us all in a natural way that makes the most memorable photographs. The photographs I have that Bentley took are literally my most prized possessions. Whenever somebody sees her work, whether it be in my home or my office, two things happen....#1 They will say that they LOVE a particular photograph and #2 They will ask, wow, who took that photo. I highly recommend her whether it be for a photo shoot or event as you will cherish the photos forever. Beyond all the praise of her work, she is such a kind, fun and super cool lady that you will enjoy being with!

Bentley is a wonderfully talented photographer. She has taken photos of our family at least three times and we keep going back for more. Our stairwell wall is covered in photos all taken by Bentley. She has an amazing eye for capturing the moment--especially with children. Bentley puts our children (and us!) at ease right away and we all loving spending the time with her when she is taking our photos--she is super easy to be around. Bentley is a true talent and her work is full of love. Also, Bentley is very professional--on time and responsive to all emails/phone calls. I highly recommend Bentley.
