Big job for an excellent price. I needed a bunch of window guards and a gate for my driveway. He gave me the best offer of all the estimates I got. I was pleased with the service and the product. The design he gave me fit my expectations. He went above and beyond from what I expected. Although others may have had a bad experience, I can definitely say I was pleased with everything. One happy customer.

I would not recommend. He is flaky. And left me and my husband feeling taken advantage of. I suggest you are explicit and have photos of what you like/expect. He quoted me for one job (6 railings), then signed the contact with my husband for a less extensive version (4 railings). I should have seen this through more, but I did not expect to be and feel taken advantage of. He also created a simplified version of the railing, without the heart design and the twisted iron. So, even if I am wrong about the misunderstanding the number of railings, he clearly ignored the contract and our desires for the railings to look exactly the same.

Great work, all done exactly as to my specifications. Started job on time and when he left the job site it was cleaner than when he started. I have allready told three people about him and if i ever (and I will need in the future) need iron work Benny and his crew will be my choice. "THANK YOU BENNY"

UPDATE: Benny read this review and he called me up and was cursing at me on my voicemail. If he calls me ONE MORE TIME, I will take the voicemail to the police and file a complaint for harassment. Funny how you know my number to call and curse, but you didn't call for 8 weeks to let me know that you weren't going to do the work!

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! Basically, I hired Benny to do an awning ONLY IF he could install within 3 weeks. After two months, still no Benny... No call, no text, no anything. Finally, I went to his place of business, caught him unexpectantly, and asked for my deposit back.When we arrived, he and his workers were smoking marijuana. Benny had the audacity to try to act like he wanted to argue with me about why the job wasn't done! ....

I needed an awning put on in the front of my house and staircase railings, Benny was very professional and fair with pricing. My work was done to perfection, in a timely fashion and very efficiently. I would definitely recommend benny for any ironwork needs you have. He's a very nice guy and you'll be very satisfied! :)
