My daughters aged 17 & 15 were snookered into buying a coat that was "probably too small for the baby", with the premise that "you can return it up to 7 days" when they came back 15 minutes later that it was indeed too small they were told that they can only get store credit, which by the way "cannot be used on sale items". That is a horrible attitude, it is unethical, and probably illegal. While there, trying to get "my" money back, they watched as a customer came in with a problematic zipper, the owner completely refused to give her any consideration, simply stating that "all zippers and snaps are checked" which of course is a lie as my daughters can testify, nobody checked the zipper on the coat that they bought. All in all this store is an embarrassment to the community and to the Benneton name.

Overcrowded displays and service & polices can be better.
