I've been going to Bend and Bloom for years now, pretty much since it opened. The environment is relaxing and friendly, and the yoga instructors are excellent. Bend and Bloom was my first yoga experience and is still my favorite.

Good teachers and great space! The location is fine for the area. Take the Wed 9pm class...you will feel the workout.

I am so happy I found Bend & Bloom. It is a really clean, beautiful studio with a totally warm and welcoming vibe. The flow classes are always different and interesting andt teachers clearly put their heart into their classes. and all offer something a little different-- my personal faves are Marisa, Jen, and Amy. My preggie friends say the prenatal classes rocks too. A spot not to be overlooked.
