Parking can be tough in the area but the food is great, the pastrami is a personal favorite.

After seeing the plight of the Kosher deli in the documentary Deli Man in which Bens was featured I knew I just had to visit.
Even though the parking in the area is scarce I found a spot not far away and walked over. My friend and I were seated quickly and our order taken when we were ready. I had the fantastic Matzo ball soup and a pastrami sandwich. Everything was perfect down to the "Jewish Penicillin" label on the soup bowl.
After eating we ran into the owner that was in a movie and talked about the deli business and the movie. Had a great time and would visit again when in the area.

I used to live around here in the 80s, now I live in Chicago and have a condo here. Every time I come back I go to Ben's as often as I can. The food is the freshest and always tastes great. The Jewish dishes are delicious but I have to say that their burger is the best I ate anywhere. The matzo ball soup is enough as a whole meal. The place reminds me of the good old days. Hope it's here forever. Thanks.

We were in NYC for a few days. We stop by Queens in a nearby mall when it started raining. So we started to look for some food and shelter, when we came upon Ben's Best. Made a quick google search for reviews and it sounded real good. It was even better when we tried out the food and the Pastrami.

We had the knockwurst, pastrami sandwich and potato pancake. All delicious! Even the condiments were hand made and amazing. I'll be back!
