- Terrible #31285

Terrible customer service!!! They argued and fought with us when THEY ordered the wrong boxspring for our bedroom set. They seem nice when you purchase your order, but they tell you it'll be in within 2 to 4 weeks and it took 2 months. You can't cancel your order. We had to call them every week to know the status of our order. They never called us to let us know anything was in or delayed. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The prices may be cheap, but so is the customer service.
