The packers were the best part of this move. The quotation process was a nightmare and due to this, there were multiple circumstances of them adding various costs throughout the move. Final straw was calling them up to schedule the uncrating (after having third party craters pack a couple items) only to be told this was not included in the price. Expensive and customer service pretty much stunk.

Beltman did a great job in our move to North Carolina from NJ. They gave a fair price, stayed true to the quote, and were on time in the pickup and delivery

Gave me estimate and they showed up with small truck. They left some of the furniture in my garage by giving reason that it won't fit in truck(then what it the purpose of coming to my house and give me estimate by looking at what needs to be moved). When I complained, the agent who came to give estimate told me they will take care of if and then never heard back from them and few days later lady from customer service told me that driver has left and he is on his way. I called multiple times to check when they will arrive at my destination and they have no idea about it till the day of delivery(4/2/2015. its already almost afternoon and they can't tell me when it will be here). Worst part is they just ignored the part that hey left furniture at home(origin). Also it takes 2 weeks for them to deliver after they pick up from origin location.
