As a regular customer the experience was good (obviously!!). However went there recently to look for a sales position thinking who can better sell the brand than a loyal and dedicated customer like myself. I was amazed by their snootiness; glimpse to the "outlaw" side of the brand! They also needed to know the net-worth of my client list which I thought was funny in a zoolandar kinda way as it is strategically irrelevant (pull vs. push and all that). I definitely am not in their targeted segment/ demographics but guess what, I am also a customer who is regular.

As with any belstaff store, service is great for the most part. Some employees are rather more helpful than others, however
