Troy from Bellville Car Service literally saved me! I was waiting for a cab for over 40 minutes when I called other services in the area. They all have been rude to and provided terrible customer service. But when I called Bellville Car Service, the lady on a phone was so polite and kind to me. She promised 15 minutes wait and Troy picked me up in less than that.It is so nice to know there are still good people out there. God Bless America!!!
