I saw a pre-owned vehicle on their website, and they actually had it -- first good sign, as a growing number of dealerships are using fake listings to bring in would-be customers.

Email correspondence with Tom LoBue was prompt and informative. I made an appointment to see the car, and he was available. Again, you would think all this is to be expected, but it is becoming more and more rare for auto sales to be at our convenience, instead of theirs.

Very pleasant guy, no pressure whatsoever. I was able to test drive the vehicle without giving the dealership all sorts of personal information. I wound up not buying the vehicle in question, but I had to write about my experience with this place because this is how shopping ought to be. Should they get a vehicle that is on my list, I will certainly be seeing them again.

Worst experience buy a new car . Constantly changing prices tell u they have same exacta vehicle at other dealer but it's not the same , then give me final total to bring a check , but again they screwed up and difference of $6.78 that I need to pay them out of pocket , after a check of $46000 , what a joke . Now waiting for sidesteps for truck they order wrong ones and want me to pay another $125 for there screw up . Now we are waiting for over a week for right ones , only to ca and find out bey are sitting there I guess waiting for me to call to see if they are in . Now I am told can't put them on for over a week and half for first appt .place is a joke stay away .

I bought a brand new 2014 Chevy Silverado. I was so pleased with this dealership. This all started by just browsing around on the Internet the next day I received a phone call by Salesman Miguel Valley. He asked for me to stop by and to take a look at the trucks. I was so happy with the experience that I almost bought the truck with out test driving it. A few signatures later and a couple of deep breaths I was on my way. 4 months later I came back to trade in a Honda CRV for a Chevy Equinox. Same great experience. ..... this time my wife and I really didn't test drive it...and all I can say is the whole experience was flawless! Great job guys....
