I get life-saving medications via UPS at Bella Vista Multiservice at 605 W 161st St NYC because I live alone and have no doorman. Yesterday they were closed and unreachable by phone, without anything posted on their door or online. I had plans to leave town and had to buy a new ticket and spend the whole day on the phone with multiple pharmacies and my insurance company to get new meds. DO NOT GET ANYTHING IMPORTANT SHIPPED HERE. It cost me $150 and could have cost my life!!
