The food here is decent, typical pizzeria fare, but certainly nothing special. The prices are comparable to other businesses in the area. The problem is the service.
I called in an order last weekend to be delivered. The person who answered the phone was rude, yelling at me to "Hold on." I should have taken that as a sign and hung up, but the other people I was with wanted to order here. When he came back to the phone to take my order, he kept talking over me, refusing to allow me to finish a sentence. He repeated the apartment number, incorrectly, twice. Finally, he seemed to have gotten my order and delivery address.
Even though we were less than a block away, I expected the delivery to take some time. It was the weekend, and our order was fairly large, so I wasn't expecting extremely fast service. After an hour, I called back to ask when we could expect our order. The same person answered the phone and said that two of our dishes take 25 minutes to cook, but the food would get there "soon". I called back again in another half hour, and said that he should have just been honest about how long the order would take. He yelled at me about not wanting to give us uncooked food and hung up on me.
A few minutes later, the delivery person rang the intercom bell. We let him into the building, and then did not see him. He called us five minutes later to ask where we were. He had been given the wrong apartment number. He was very understanding when I explained that we would not be giving him a tip because of the terrible service.
