Charlie was fabulous in helping us pick the right product for our space and was honest and responsive throughout the project, often working against his own interest to help us keep things affordable. The installation team did a high quality job. They were extremely flexible in working around our needs, and the overall cost was significantly lower than other estimates. A+!

Charlie from Bella Casa came to my home to give me an estimate on re-finishing my floor and it turned out that the job was very different than what I thought it would be. He made several recommendations, none of which would give him any direct business. He was very courteous and honest and referred me to someone else that could help me with the problem that I was having. I didn't think that I would ever hear back from him but he followed up several times just to make sure that someone got back to me. While I cant write a review about the work that Bella Casa Floor company worked on directly, I appreciated their earnest help in making sure that my problem got resolved.
