It would be faster to go to the emergency room for dental care. They have no idea what is going on in their office. They told me that some times it takes a while since children are a little harder to perform dental procedures. I completely understand if there was a kid that came out of the procedure room prior to the someone going in. Apparently they took the appointment but didn't have anyone in the office to perform. What is the point of making an appointment if the dentist isn't there. This wasn't the first time either. Stay away from this place unless you have plenty of time to spare. Another patient stormed out prior to me. Apparently he was waiting for hours.

This place is awful. They are so confused. Every tIme I went for a cleaning they would tell me to come back for dental work. After each cleaning they would add on a new cavity each visit. At my last cleaning a got a different dentist. This time a woman and she told me I only had one cavity but before that I let Dr. Kokolis put a crown on my tooth 3 months later it fell off. I let him put it back in. Now less than a year later the crown has fallen out again and is missing insurance won't pay for another crown. The dentist wants me to pay $900.00 for another one. If I had $900 I would not give it to Dr. K. How can I be sure the same thing won't happen again? This is the second time it fell out. They are not taking any responsibility for their lack of good quality of work. Now I am stuck with a hole in my mouth and I am sick that I let him do my crown in the first place. I may not of even needed this type of work done. I think they are frauds.

I had to wait four (4) months for a 3 part bridge to be completed. Bell Dental does not do on-premise work for this sort of dental detail therefore, they have two (2) labs; one in Queens and one in Brooklyn. After paying a majority of the monies for this work, the lab screwed up my bridge three separate times. I had a couple of appointments that wasted my time and meter money to find out that the bridge was incorrect. After four months of this, I now have the bridge for which I am still not satisfied but will not have it done, again, by this office. Dr. Kokolis is good at what he can do, in the office, but cannot steer his outside labs to put the patient first. Lastly, there are too many front desk people who do not communicate correctly and have, at times, even battled with me on the phone about how long work like this should take. I have a 3 part bridge from a PA dentist who did the same amount of work in 2 weeks.

I gave them proof of my insurance during my appointment, and they never billed them. Instead the extremely rude and condescending secretary accused me of not having insurance. I offered to fax or email paperwork so that she could bill the insurance and she refused to give me a fax number or email address. I called them several times to help them fill out the paperwork, and they didn't do anything. Instead she sent me a bill for work that is 100% covered by my insurance. They are completely incompetent and rude. Avoid this place!
