Gordon helped me pass my road test on the first time. I had some issues but he really helped me iron them out on the day of the road test. I did a 45 minute session before my road test where they pick you up, give you a lesson, and drive you to the test. If you want to insure that you will pass, do the 45 minute and pickup and ask for Gordon.

Great driving school. My instructor Gordon was not only an excellent teacher, but was always a funny and nice guy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Today my wife had a scheduled road test, but prior to that she was supposed to go through a 45 minute driving lesson.
A couple of really weird incidents took place through out the day. First of all, when the instructor arrived at our house, he rang the door bell, my wife went outside to open the door and confirm who it was. The instructor was a little non responsive. She came back inside to grab her things, like her wallet, phone, purse, then again went outside and said "Hi, good morning". The instructor was facing the other way, and once again did not response or acknowledge this. Then my wife awkwardly proceeded to the vehicle and sat down. As she was putting her phone on silent, the instructor, who was sitting down in the car, stepped out of the car. This happened repeatedly about 4-5 times. Every time that she would even look at her phone to check a missed call or something, he would ask her to stop the car, and again stepped out of the vehicle. This made my wife very uncomfortable. By the way, she is 8 months pregnant, so she was a little anxious going into the start of this day.
During the lesson, nothing was taught to her. In fact, she was told she was doing everything fine, including broken u-turns, parallel parking, and stopping at stop signs. The instructor had no comments, good or bad, about anything.
She eventually failed her road test. I am not blaming the instructor for this result. However, I do blame him for making the morning very uncomfortable and awkward, for a visibly 8 months pregnant lady, who is trying to get her license. Absolute disregard for common human mannerism, and absolute disregard for common human courtesy.
Please, BELL AUTO DRIVING SCHOOL, do something about this. The instructors name was Roy. This is not what we paid for, and this not at all what I had heard about your driving school before we chose to go with you.
I am in a position in my career where I too am an instructor and educator. This is far from what we expected from this company and from the individual who was sent to work with her today.
Thank you.
