I just called to order food and the person was disgustingly rude. He didn't tell me the total, didn't tell me the wait time, had no customer service skills & hung up before I could finish talking. I called back and cancelled my order because that's how disgusted I was with his attitude. This happened on December 28, 2015 at 10:33pm.

Solid diner and stands up to the test anywhere but Astoria. If you want to go to a diner in Astoria go to Neptune.

Been there a couple times. The food is good. Recently was there and had a new waitress she was very attentive, started a good conversation and made my dining experience even better. Will definetly visitagain and sit with her!
