Worst office manner ever.
First they do not allowed you to speak with the Doctor, The secretaries that answer the phone are very confused and never had the correct answer then I requested to speak with the Office manager and instead of talking courteous and professional she scream at me and when I ask her to stop screaming she stated that because of my accent I DID NOT KNOW ENOUGH ENGLISH, something that sounded very racist.
They created serious complications in my appointments and since day 1 they never stated that I have to be approved by court, they took me case like if it was approved, I never met Dr Rombom the 2 times I was at the Brooklyn office always saw the same woman, they do not help you at all and they are very rude and nasty, ILL NEVER COME EVER AGAIN
