- Terrible
#95467
On March 25, 2012 I went to one of Beena's three locations located in New York on Hillside Avenue & had a horrible experience. I did not have an appointment I was a walk in costumer. I asked for a microdermbrasion. One of the workers who was eating stopped what she was doing and took me into a room. She laid a very dirty white towel on a bed and told me to lay down. She then put a head band on me which seemed as though it had never been washed, it was very filthy and had a lot of makeup & foundation on it, it had clearly been used by others & had not been washed at all. She then started the procedure and prior to had not washed her hands. After putting two or three creams on my face, which she was doing with her bare hands putting her fingers into the jars, she applied a mask to my face, which started burning my skin. I asked to wash my face, which I washed myself in their very dirty bathroom, and after washing my face it was still burning. I had asked her what type of microdermabrasion she was doing and she claimed to be doing a diamond microdermbrasion. I then asked her what types of products she put on my face and she was not giving me the names of the products she had applied to my face. I refused to pay for the services provided to me & i began to leave the salon. While leaving the facility I looked at the licenses on the wall to find that they were expired and one had been expired since 2005.
