Definitely on island time

Tried to call them for services. Said 5mins, came in 25mins. The car was very old looked like it made in 1990s, the car smell like gas too. The driver tried to charge me $25 for local. Green Cab only cost me $12.

Is 100 percent rude and disrespectful about the car passing bye and.stuff and guess what it cost 10 bucks from my cousin school and 10 bucks from.dropping home so that.makes 20 and the driver said to my I dont need to.agrue this black.driver.and the.whole car service.are.nothing but total.criminals and I.spoke to opreator who runs.the.place and I said listen the that.guy in the white car # 101 that.he's been rude.and disrespectful and.he's the teeth thank you next time I.going switch.to another car service The End

Terrible, rude operator wouldnt send me a cab because I only knew the address of my location and not cross streets, as don't live there, and it was my first time visiting. She was very rude about it.

We were quoted $35 to JFK when we reserved the car last night, but when the car was downstairs this morning, the dispatch office called us to say that the price was now $40. When we had called around last night to reserve the car, all the other services had quoted $35 as well. My friend who was taking the cab is in a wheel chair, and it wasn't possible to get another taxi on short notice because transit systems are still down because of Hurricane Sandy. They raised the prices on us when we had no alternative, taking advantage of people after the hurricane. NOT COOL. And even still, it's only good business to stick to the rate that you quoted, regardless the situation!
