THE MOST HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVER, I dont understand why would a doctor hire such rude and unprofessional people that seem to come from woods and never learned how to say hi and bye or at least speak with you without shouting and keeping you on hold for 1 hour just to prove their point.
Speaking of one person in particular her name is OLGA the most unpleasant and illiterate individual I've dealt with, as good and nice the doctor her self is, it is most certainly not worth having her as your primary doctor because you will never receive any paperwork and wont have work done simply because OLGA doesn't care enough to follow up and make sure things are done in the timely manner and unfortunately doctor herself is unaware of how things being handled in that office. Dont go there and dont waste your time there are too many doctors in the are with much nicer working stuff and better ethics!!!
