Bed Stuy Pharmacy

Great service.

A great pharmacy, the pharmacist knows me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door. Speedy service, and they offer complimentary soda and coffee with each prescription.

They are attentive and see to all my prescription needs .

I used to simply LOVE this pharmacy along with the staff and the courtesy shown to me and others coming into the place. About 2 years ago, the entire staff and management changed hands and out the front door went the kindnesses and genuine caring went right out the front door with the first management. I totally have been "blown" off out went the help if they didn't have the medicine. They literally would look ay me, look at the rx, then without so much as turn around to see if they EVEN carried the drug would say and I quote, "nope, don't have it!". Even Duane Reade is nicer! I hate writing such scathing remarks, but I pray they don't treat everyone this way
You should be ashamed of yourselves! I'm a stage 4 cancer patient who doesn't meed to be treated as of I'm bothering you all! All of you better hope you're never put in a horrible situation as I was. You made me feel so badly to the point where I left there crying! And what's worse is its not the first or even 2nd time.I'm an older woman, and I have not too much time left. And for you to do this to me is a tragedy
May God forgive you all for the disrespectful way you treated me. If you did it to me, I know I'm not the first.:I'm not angry at all you hurt me for NP reason. Shame on you all!

The care and service at Bed Stuy pharmacy is excellent. You truly know you are a cared for customer and not just a number. They profide the service that is lost at all of the chain stores. They not only know my name but my history as well. II would highly recommend using this neighborhood store.
