I was redirected here form my usual store because I wanted to exchange an item, and the one I wanted was in stock here: worst experience ever. The rudeness of the manager was unbelievable, never so this kind of attitude in a store in general and in a BBB in particular. Filed a complaint with the company and they solved my problem, so from my experience visit another center.

This store is by far the most incredible Bed,Bath and Beyond I have EVER shopped at. I recently bought a new home and purchased MANY items (14 shopping carts!) from this store. Each department was staffed by a proffessional and knowledgeable employee who jumped to help us find exactly what we needed. It turned a dreaded experience into a postive one and I would not hesitate to drive the extra miles to shop here again. This megastore has by far the best selection of goods. The store manager, Edwin, was the icing on the cake. He helped facilitate some complicated logistics and went out of his way to have our things delivered to us. He is the nicest and most professional retail manager I have ever encountered. We received everything in perfect shape exactly when he promised it would arrive. I will recommend this store to all of my friends and certainly go back in the future! Thanks to the entire staff!
