This is the worse place I had ever shop! I used buy there all the time! Now they got people that look at you like your are a thief as soon you step in the store ONLY FOR YOUR SKIN COLOR! The workers always seem annoy to help you! and they all look like there can't wait to go home!!

I only shop there for cosmetics and they are cheaper but employees love to watch ppl and I don't steal but if I did it damn sho wouldn't be maybelline or covergirl...

Employees are very polite and keep interactions professional however I've had several issues regarding the manager of 400 Marin Boulevard's Bed Beth & Beyond. She is rude and arrogant. After being a faithful consumer for more than 6 yrs at this location i now refuse to purchase items there because i was made to feel intimidated several times by the manager herself and falsely accused of being a thief. This is the ONLY! location where i have been given such disrespect and will not tolerate it any longer.

Stopped in today for some paint needed for a project at work. The line at the paint counter was relatively long and it seemed only one employee Kim? was running the show. She was incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly as hell. The checkout line moved super fast, and my cashier even wheeled my cart out onto the street and hailed a cab for me. He was sure to remind me that his name is Spencer after I told him how scary good the customer service was.

l like this store very much! awesome customer service, good variety, the prices are low and with store coupons they are ridiculous! recommend to everyone!
