The people at the corporate office are extremely rude and so un helpful!! Every time I have called about my issue I am givin the run around and transfered to people who are not at their desk nor call me back about my important matter. Anytime I call and ask for a supervisor I'm scolded and pretty much told no and transfered to a dead end again. I was glad to no longer be working for bed bath and beyond and I am even more glad I no longer do! Horrible company!!

I'm never about to get through to anyone in the HR Department. Only people I hear from are the operators. Hate this!!!! No longer satisfied with this company!

I have written many many times about Maison grove candles. My replys go no further than customer service and buyers saying they no longer carry the candles. I know that. I can't find them. I keep asking for them to bring back the candles. No answer. The buyers won't even give me an answer why they no longer carry the candles or where I can buy them. Poor communication. A product people loved. I hate Yankee cheap candles. Burn fast and aroma is gone quickly. BB&B still carries this junk.

Warning - Never trust in their reviews. They are not posting low reviews. Tried to complain about it with customer service, they sent me an email on how to post. Called corporate, no call back. From reviews to messages, I have been respectful. No longer a customer needless to say. Macys is very happy. Don't they realize once a good reputation is lost, damage can not be turned around easily. Ask Detroit. Target burned me 12 yrs ago, I still don't shop there.
BB&B is just a lousy company now.
