Bebe is known to provide exceptional customer service a sensitivity to customer concerns and needs. However Judy # 42 manager at garden state plaza bebe was not helpful at all when someone released my dress that was on hold. I got another dress which had damages on it and her attitude to make me feel better about having to purchase this damage replacement dress was very nasty and hesitant. She did not even finish my transaction and walked away rudely.She did not at all seem concerned about the headache i had to experienced cause by negligence of her associate who was suppose to save my dress. instead she made excuses to try to sell me this damaged dress. What make this so upsetting is that this is not just a regular store its supposed the bebe store, when you visit this kinds of store you expect a higher level of customer service because bebe is relatively more high end than most stores. Its sad to have this unfit manager working there, all she really had to do was show concern and try her best. Money really wasn't the issue here. Another customer even commented on this damaged material and how i should at least get a 50% off for all the trouble and damaged dress. The only person who was actually helpful there was the stylist virgilio mattos he was very helpful with the fitting and helping me find the dress. He was the only reason I didn't walk out of the store. After the bad experience I had with the manager Judy #42 I asked virgilio for their names and where I can leave feedback. Please I really hope I don't have to ever encounter such kind of manager when visiting bebe again.
P.S : As I was at the register a female stylist walked by and said a negative comment about a customer to another associate right in front of me, she said your to the other associate, "Your client is very confused" she said this 3 times in Spanish! as if to say clients cannot have it their way at Bebe and are confused as to where they are. This attitude toward the clients is what creates low customer service.The associate felt it was OK to speak about customers in such an ill manner right in front of the manager Judy! Down right unprofessional and low for an employee to be gossiping about clients instead of helping them!
