its been about three weeks and i have not received my order. no one ever answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. they are very unreliable.
i am beginning to feel and believe that they are a scam and those giving good review are from within the company. i made a purchase based on the review and its been a 3 weeks and no hair

I been shopping with this company for four years and I wish they were here in my home state of Colorado because I love their products!!!!

I have called this company for 5 straight days at different times. I wanted to ask about returning an item but no one answers the phone. If you order something you may need to return I would suggest you not ordering from this site. They give you 10 days to return but you are unable to ask questions so you don't waste money returning something they wont accept.

I have nothing but positive comments to convey about my experience. I am appreciative of the fact that BONY did not inflate the shipping costs to send my products. The service was efficient, and when I had a question, they responded within 24 hours. The professionalism in which my ordered was handled was great. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

WORST customer service of my life! I didn't get a confirmation of sale e-mail like I do with other sites, the hair color was NOTHING like the color on the website. I was a deep red instead on dark brown like I wanted. I called the store every day for about a week and left messages every time. I finally get an answer and the representative say that i may just not like the hair that I got and not that is was a mistake on their end. Rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. He repeatedly interrupted me and didn't really listen at all. I would recommend that you stay FAR away.
