They give low-quality receipts with no product info, so returning anything even if it's defective or unusable will always be an issue. They are extremely rude when you have an issue. Two items I have purchased from here have given me issues: the latex gloves were moldy but I didn't return them or complain, but when my hair dye was defective and I tried to get a replacement they dismissed me and wouldn't replace it (it's like $7....). Absolutely don't deserve to be given business if that's how much they respect their customers.
