Beautifully Yours Nail Salon

this place is the worst place ever its pricey bad employes and everything i hated this place and i will never go her again. it smells very bad inside the nail salon and when i went inside the bathroom at the nail salon i saw many bugs and it looked lik a mouse but i wasnt so sure so then i complaind nobody gave me my money back and it was just simply rube and discusting please take my word and NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON EVER IN YOUR LIFE NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called ahead and was quoted 10$ for a polish change with french tip on my toes (which is already too pricey) and 25 for a french tip'd full set.

I arrive and first of all there are 3 parking spots in this tiny little parking lot. I could hardly get out of my car. The lady tells me when i get there 28 dollars for a polish change.....WTF and 28 for my french tip full set. I decide to just go for my full set because 28 dollars for a polish change is ridiculous.

She tries to send me off with clear nails...that is not what i asked for and when i told her this she said 5$ more. okay whatever the 5dollars was supposed to be for my french tip but instead she paints my entire nail and then gets mad and charges me an extra 10 dollars to do the tips. what am I supposed to do? I have no choice but to pay the extra since I cannot have my nails looking a mess and am already half way done.

She was VERY VERY rude and loud when I told her she was doing it wrong, I wanted tips not the whole nail painted which she knew because she was trying to charge me an extra 15 dollars for it!! I told her yelling and taking that tone will not help her at all, all it will do is make their review i was going to write worse....wow she calms down and I had no more problems after that.

Over all I feel so upset that I chose them. The whole experience was awful and quite honestly, my nails look like crap. I could have done a better job than this! I felt the whole time like they were just trying to get over on me and hustle more money out of me. Needless to say I did not tip and will NOT be going back.

Oh yeah, and they didn;t even have white either.. What kind of nail salon doesn't have white for french tip? That makes zero sense to me, she was trying to put a vanilla/brown color on, I had to go with pink because that "white" they had was so ugly.
