The job they did everything they promised and more. They cleaned up
Perfectly as well. I would highly recommend them

We've used Ted several times. He is honest, and more knowledgeable than the other services we have used. He stays with the crew, and the work on our trees was fantastic.

Great Work. I have known Ted 30 years and he has done professional work for me every time. I don't know about other prices because he is fair, and I know he will recommend doing the correct pruning procedure based on the health of the trees and the overall surrounding area. He actually talked me out of spending more money to cut back too much of my neighbors' sycamore limbs that were hanging over my driveway. The limbs were strong and danger wasn't a factor. The aesthetic value of our environment is so important psychologically as well as monetarily. Actually I bet he is less expensive because he has invested in a crane that can do the same job as a crew of climbers in a fraction of the time. He does trees because he loves it. Who else would have a plate "tree nut"?

I had this company prune a couple of trees in my backyard a year ago. I still shudder when I think about Mr. Klumpp and his lack of professionalism. His men did a decent job of pruning, but I found out when they finished the job that in order to move a little tent that I setup in my backyard, they put it in my pool! And yes, it was filled with water! I asked Ted(I think that was his name) to help me to remove it to see if he would say anything, but nothing. They could have put it anywhere else in the yard. Then the next day, I also saw that a piece of my ladder was broken that hung the rope. He claimed that they didn't break it, but they were the ones that moved it and it wasn't broken the week before. He said he would come back the next week and fix it, but never did. A true loser! I guess he comes in to do the job, and doesn't care what else is around him. Find someone else that would easily be more professional than he was.

Mr Klumpp is highly professional and knowledgable. His prices are not only fair when compared to the competition you actually get so much more for your investment because of his attention to detail, impeccable workmanship and integrity. The area that was being serviced in my yard was left spotless and my neighbors were not disturbed by his workers or equipment . I highly recommended Bear Tree Service for all your tree and yard work! As far as I and my neighbors are concerned there is no competition!
