Very persistent sales approach when they want you. Hope you don't have any problems because they will not call you back. We left 4 or more messages for the sales director to call back and never called back.
The install team was very good.

THESE PEOPLE PREY ON DISABLED SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! DON'T GIVEN THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I even spoke to the PRESIDENT of the company, they never gave me the credit I was supposed to receive!!!
Company was SOLD to BEACON. It was already on the decline. Months before it was sold, the equipment stopped working. I called repeatedly, but nothing got fixed because owner was selling. I called the new people, plus the new PRESIDENT. Nothing got fixed. BUT THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD AND BILLED ME. I'm a disabled senior citizen and had to undergo an ankle replacement. They told me everything would be fixed and my card would be credited. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. This is what happens to this type of small service company when the owner cashes out. Now they are harassing me, because they can't find all the complaints I wrote them. That's because there has been so much turn over among staff, records or my calls and emails are lost or destroyed by departing staff that are angry with management.

I cancelled the sales agreement within the 3 day grace period. They still billed me and are hitting my credit card. I emailed my sales rep and his manager and there's been no response.

Is my only recourse social media?

Outstanding experience! My sales person was polite, knowledgable, and knew exactly how to protect my property. The installation process was quick, easy, and professional.
