Called in to get pricing and the person who answered the phone seemed like she was half asleep. She told me her pricing was online even when I said I'm across the street and want to come in and wasn't by a computer. I wasn't offered any sort of exact pricing even after giving the type of bed I wanted to go in. No sense of customer service at all. I work in the area and it would have been super convienanat to become a member. I will not be going or giving my money to this establishment.

They never tell you they don't have a person to do your airbrush before 4pm, so don't go there without call, and even though they close at 8, they won't take you at7

Vanessa and the rest of the team at Beach Bum Edgewater are the best. As a new customer, I wanted the process to be as painless as possible. Vanessa quickly set me up with a package I wanted, told me about the amazing upcoming promotions, helped me choose a lotion that was best for me, and got me on my way -- all with a great attitude and a beautiful smile. And, the beds -- what else do i need to say about the beds other than that they are nothing short of BRILLIANT. Everything was spotless and the temperature of the rooms was nice and cool. Plus, I got tanner in one day of tanning at Beach Bum than i have in FIVE TANS at my gym's lackluster stand up beds with old bulbs they never change out. Thanks for giving me VALUE for my DOLLAR, the most tan in the least amount of time, and for helping me look my best (and get my Vitamin D, too)! I promise to tell everyone about you guys, even though i like to think you're my little secret weapon tucked away where no one else can find you. :) Thanks, guys...
