I had he displeasure of being referred to this dealership on a professional level. FREDDIE, the sales manger confirmed the price of the vehicle I was interested in was as listed at $24,995 with a 1.94% finance rate. He promised to have the vehicle taken to the location of my choice to have it inspected prior to purchase. After the vehicle did not show up as promised I called to check, since I did not receive the professional courtesy of a call. This is when FREDDIE had the audacity to increase the list price to $26,500 and the interest rate to 3.5% after already confirmed. When you have a list price, you should honor it. Although I doubt that a sleezeball like FREDDIE understands that meaning of honor. FREDDIE decided that rather than gain a customer, maintain a professional relationship and provide customer service, that a few extra bucks was a good idea.
FREDDIE, I hope the $1505 was worth it ;)
