This was for an online order. I ordered a limited edition shirt as a birthday gift for my boyfriend but I mistyped my address so my order was delayed. After several weeks of back and forth emailing, they finally got the right address for me but to my surprise when I got a call from them. The shirt I bought had a hole in the side and it could be sold to me because it was against their policy. After working in retail for years, I know that this was an excuse that they sold out of all the shirts and not one was put aside for my order. COMPLETE BULLSHIT. Now this was a birthday gift mind you and the gentleman I spoke with from the company only offered me a refund and not a refund and discount for another order or anything to make the situation better.
