New renovations and prime location make this 40 unit building a great place to live. Laundry facilities are good as well as an on premises superintendent and bi weekly pest control contribute to the friendly atmosphere. Clean and well kept, rents are a bit high but you get what you pay for. 24 hour groceries/gas (3) within 2 blocks as is a CVS store. Bus stop to city is on the corner. LIRR 4 blocks. Post office and Library as well as supermarket and shopping center are all walking distance. Security cameras and well maintained lobby, parking lot make this a good choice for anyone looking for clean, safe, well maintained rental.
