"Your car will be towed as soon as you walk on the dock!" It happened on me too.
The only way to get your car back is to pay them cash ($272 for me) and wait!
I asked my friend drive me to they office and guess what? My car wasn't there!
That "office" is just a cover-up! They refuse to tell you where is the real location and refuse to let you follow them to pick up your car. (oh! Actually they do let you pick up your car. But on another day. Walk home by your feet!)
They have cameras on the dock and contracts with the shop manager. Yes, they are co-operators.
This terrible experience happened on my wife's goodbye party before leaving new york city. She is never wanna come back again.

I parked my car there and went for a short walk along the water side trail. When I was back, a tow truck was trying to brutally pull my car sideways out of the parking space. The driver stopped when he saw me approaching. Right after I driving off this place and onto the highway, my car's traction control warning light came on, and I also started to notice the steering wheel had to stay off-center in order for the car to drive straight - apparently the tow truck damaged some part of my vehicle.

The were signs in the parking lot that stated park permits were required. However, the texts are too small to notice, unless you try really hard to find and read parking signs. They should have had a more prominent sign in place. With a biking/running trail there, it is fairly easy for people to have thought that this is a public parking space.

They towed my car for less then 10 minutes of parking there, It was ridiculous and they charged me $272 for releasing my car, i just gave them and wasn't able to do anything about it, i went back to see if the did the same for other cars and i saw them towing another car for too old couple while they were standing in the front of them, i was really mad.

Parking in the summer season is for people that own and keep their boats at the marina. They have parking stickers in windshields. There are signs everywhere.
Try READING them.
Management is nice.
Great location.

Do not come here if you are driving. They tow your car even if you are under 15 minutes. One time I saw them try to tow a car that belonged to a pregnant woman while her other kid was in the car.
