I came to Bayside Imports with the expectation of simply looking at a car I viewed on their website. Two hours later, I drove away with a new MBGLK. Financing was relatively quick and painless and the service was good. Ricky is awesome - always greets you with a smile and great follow through. Thank you!

**THEY ALTER CARFAX REPORTS**

Went here thinking we were getting a great deal on a car for my wife. When we took the car for a test drive everything seemed fine. Went back in to talk numbers and asked for the Carfax. They went through this yellow envelop to find the right Carfax report and handed me a black and white copy. Everything on that copy checked out as perfect with no issues. I was a little sketched out by the place so i googled reviews on it. Found that others said they alter the Carfax reports to make you think the car is perfect. Bit the bullet and purchased my own Carfax report...what do you know, RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!! Had a warning of being a manufacturer buyback or LEMON reported! I showed my report to them and asked whats this, he studied my phone and said "ohh no problem that's just a recall buyback definitely not a lemon". Yea ok, got out of there as soon as I could. Trust me you do not want to be fooled by these guys!

I must say I'm usually very skeptical about buying any car used , especially a luxury car! Butttt.. I was searching the Internet and came across a 2014 Mercedes Benz S class that really caught my eye. I then called the dealership to inquire about the vehicle, I spoke to a very nice and helpful girl named Amanda who gave me some more info on the car. I was trying to work out a deal on the phone but she asked me how I'm negotiating on something I never sat in or drove yet! (She had a good point!) long story short after arranging a test drive, I went down to the dealership and met with Amanda and took it out for a drive.. It was everything I wanted and more! After driving vehicle we negotiated the price to a deal that I couldn't receive anywhere else! Originally I had planned on providing my own finance.. after going over rates and terms with their finance company I decided to go and there's, 2% lower than my own bank and one year longer!! Thank you Amanda and Jason for an amazing car and an amazing deal!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks again!!

BE WARNED. these guys are not even worth a star. The car i bought from them had to be repaired 3 times in the span of 2000 miles(by the dealer). then it stopped working again, so i took it to the honda repair center to find out that all the repairs haven been done incorrectly and the car was a complete trash. Taking legal actions.

their customer service is very very bad. Please try not to go there. I bought BMW 328i price was very good, when I went to see the car i liked the car but car need paint front and back. I told the stupid salesperson. He told me they will pint, so i put deposit money and my information. Next day they called me everything is ok now I can pick up the car. I went to picked the car the finance manager told me to sign the paper, I told him let me see the car first. When I saw the car I was really mad they didnt do anything about the car. They told me they not gona do anything. They all ready got approved from bank and run my credit.
