The staff kept stringing me along for 3 months trying to get care for my mother until finally they said they don't have availability. I know a neighbor whose aunt applied for services 3 weeks after my mom and she was approved, probably because she is self pay. Do not contact this agency unless you have connections or are self pay. I don't know how they are accredited with CHAP but I will surely be contacting them.

There are not enough good things to say about the wonderful people at BVN.. They helped us with my Dad for the last, very difficult 9 months of his life. We could not have done it without them. Anytime of the day or night they were there when we needed them. Because of them we were able to keep my Dad home with us, which is where he wanted to be. The care he received was above and beyond what we expected and he was always happy to see them. They made him feel like he was more than a patient...like a friend that they truly cared about. They took the time to get to know him and and shared life memories together. We were so impressed with the care we received that we recommended them to a friend, and they are now giving the same amazing care to her Dad. Thank you so much BVN for making the most difficult time so much easier! We can't thank you enough!
