Unfortunately my wife was duped into adding these people on her insurance for our dental providers. I've had the misfortune of dealing with their unprofessional front desk staff for a couple of years. I have new dental coverage that won't start until March and I have a cavity that hurts really badly. I would rather die of starvation than go and have them take care of my cavity.

I have been having dental care since january and i still have my root canal tooth in the air because the temporary filling came off.. everytime i call to make an appointment hes booked one month to two months out... This is why peoples teeth fall off its ridiculous !!!!!! i have several jobs to be done and instead of working on these problems two at a time they only do one job per visit and space them one month apart its insane! The waiting room time as well is another problem

Staffs are very unprofressional! Doctors are not their jobs to take care of their patients teeths. My daughter went back 3 times for filling cause it keeps coming off. Last time we went for her filling they didnt even took a closer look and just did the filling as 1,2,3. Its very inconvenient to working parents to go to dentist 4 times a month just because they dont do their jobs properly. They dont know how to make proper scheduling. Go somewhere else dont go to this office. Theres more better Dentist in Bayonne.

this place has no respect in the matter of appointment. I made an appointment to extract the tooth and when to call the doctor told me that it would not be the date that had marked 1 month ago. And that probably would have to wait almost a month to just do the interview with the surgeon who would score the surgery to another month (probably in December). I disrespect they have not switched to mention that the query would be demarcated and that the surgeon would not be it. They should have told me since I had to wait 1 month for this? Just a simple consultation interview to pull a tooth? As well? How much longer would have to wait just to get the tooth This is ridiculous. Never come back in this clinic for not respecting me as a patient and respect my markings. I am very upset and disappointed. This is ridiculous
