Baybridge Cleaners

Have been a loyal client for 15+ years. Endured many sloppy shirts that I have to iron again to wear, but it is so convenient I stayed loyal.
Until today.....I brought in my custom made suit for dry cleaning. When I went to put on the pants, I noticed what looked like a tear on the seat. Upon closer inspection, I found that an iron on patch had been placed on the inside to conceal the damage. When I brought it back to ask what happened, they admitted "fixing" it and claimed I ripped it myself. They never said a word when I picked it up, or asked me if they should "fix " it. If I brought it in ripped, they should have told me about it..not glue a patch on it and never say a word. I take excellent care of my suits- especially the ones that cost $2350.00 !! Not only did they call me a liar, they shoved my shirts and dry cleaning over the counter and told me to take my business elsewhere. The first complaint in 15 yrs, and thousands of dollars of business, and they could care less about losing my business. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

they did not have my pants ready when they said, went there for nothing and was unable to use my pants when i needed them because they were not ready when they said. Disappointed they offered to take $1 off my bill! I rather take my business elsewhere where they value more their customers time and business!
