Wow, what do I to got to say? First off, what a phenomenal group of staff you have at Volkswagen Bay Ridge!They made my first time purchasing a car & my driving experience AMAZING!!! Gali Balter, her gorgeous smile, and personality, joking around with us, introduced us to Volkswagen with opening arms made sure I picked the right car & and left with one that very day which was yesterday haha! All I can say I is I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Gali!!! David on the other hand was another terrific guy, made us laugh, joked around with us made sure we were comfortable & what will make my future experience with Volkswagen an excellent one! He & Gali made sure I got the top notch of a deal with what was in my budget range & they always welcomed me to come back at anytime even after I finish my lease if I want to see some other opportunities in the near future if I don't choose to go with Volkswagen again! Well, I'm not much of a writer like I used to be haha, I hope you take care of these two as they work hard for your company, and strive to get Volkswagens name out there & attract potential buyers which without a doubt they do tremendous, and I have trust in them that they do one heck of a job now & in the in the near future!!! We too a couple of months to decide on a 2016 VW Jetta and after a great deal of research, we went to Bay Ridge VW. Shawn is the sales person who helped us. He was courteous, straight to the point and after a little extra negotiating with his manager we got the deal done. It was on Sunday and the next day the car was in our possession. Best lease price ever. Great work.

This car dealership is a scam. Don't go to them they will tell you everything you want to hear to buy the car. But they will not do anything to help you they will tell you everything you want to hear just to make you feel comfortable to buy a car. I bought a car from them last week once I found out everything wrong with the car they told me to get it fixed from my people and they will pay the bill once I got it fixed they did not pay for anything I had to pay for the whole bill $280.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY INGRID and the manager Jed and Wayne. And don't be fooled the review from Anna is fake that is a saleswoman from that dealership.

I came to Bay Ridge Volkswagen looking to lease a car. As soon as I walked in I was created by a pleasant atmosphere and attentive salespersons. Once I sat down with Frank, I was not forced or pressured into buying or leasing. I was simply given information on the 2017 Tiguan and he kindly urged me to take my time with my decision. Once I made up my mind to lease the car, I went back and the sales people couldn't have been more help. The initial deal was thorough and took less than an hour- which to me is a huge sign of professionalism and knowledge. Ingrid took care of the delivery of the car. Frankly, I couldn't be more thankful for her. Her communication with me and her dedication was truly mind blowing. She is one of the kindest and honest salespeople I've ever met. She let me know exactly what was happening with the car, exactly how to take care of the insurance, and every little detail. She stayed in touch with me the entire day via texts and calls. When I picked up my car she took the time to explain every little feature, from the fuel tank to Apple car play. I am extremely satisfied with my car and the salespersons made this experience great. I would definitely recommend Bay Ridge Volkswagen to anyone looking to lease or buy a car.

My wife and I had been searching for the right VW Tiguan for the right price. We really were in no rush, so we waited until we found the right one. We finally decided on a VW that was listed at BayRidge Volkswagen, called up and spoke to a Gentlemen named Arthur. Asked him some questions and scheduled a test drive. In the meantime we found another VW located in NJ at an independent dealership with a very competitive price. Long story short, price shot up over $4000, $3000 for a bumper to bumper extended warranty, $1000 for Low Jack and other Registration and Plate charges. All of which I HAD to purchase or he could not sell me the car. Excessive.

Went to BayRidge Volkswagen and told Arthur what I had just experienced so I was cautious to say the least. He assured me we would be getting what they advertised and that all extras are our decision and nothing would be pushed on us.

My wife and I got excellent customer service, my credit is excellent so I got an incredible interest rate on my used vehicle. We put 50% downpayment FYI. And then David the finance officer gave us some extended warranty options and we negotiated and we got a great deal for that piece of mind.

Bottom line is my experience was excellent. It is important to inform yourself, find out your credit score, do your research and ask questions. How many people have reviewed this dealership? How many people have purchased cars from VW and not left a rating? So I take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Maybe they did have a bad experience, but I did not. Arthur is the one I would recommend and David in finance was excellent too.
