Great service . only problem front desk. They are not friendly. After inspection some time they not explain customers. So company losing huge money. Customers also not happy 100%. So small matters they need to come back again. If they overcome this two things they are great.

Technicians try to rip you off any chance they get. I asked them to replace my key fob and they cut a key that i didn't ask for then when I confronted them about the problem they told me they could not do anything but I could find a fob online. If I could fix the problem myself why would I need them?

I give only 4 because of the price. But the costumer service is really good, and friendly. In the last 3 weeks I had to go back 4 times ( I did not have much time) and they said 1 hour that was 1 hour! not 2 or 3.. If you have a Honda and you walk in to the office , try to get Vanessa ! She is awesome, helps you a lot and she is the most friendly in the office. :)

Came in for an oil change, it took a bit over an hour, which is fast factoring in number of people in the waiting room. Service was performed properly, liquids topped off. Stuff was really nice and helpful.
Very pleasant experience overall.

Their service dep is really poor. People pay thousands of dollars for the extended warranty. But when they bring in the cars for any problem. They don't even check right away...just to check the vehicle they take 4 days. So why do we even pay the extended warranty for... No good service..
