probably the worst experience I have had with a service provider. I feel like there is a big disconnect between the service/ maintenance people and the billing. I wanted to see everything that was wrong with my car. and there were a few things wrong with it. and unless you know what's wrong with your car you will get ripped off here. they told me 3 of my tires were bad and needed replacing. which wasn't true they were summer tires and had enough thread to pass NY inspection codes. they said I needed a new throttle body boot (rubber piece that connects the air filter to the actual throttle body) they wanted to charge me for a whole new throttle body $900. they wanted to charge me for an hour worth of work when something that could take 15 minutes to replace. i had a hard time trying to talk to a mechanic to get down to the source of the problem.

basically if don't know anything about cars they will take advantage of you.

The worst. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm on a Friday. When I got there no one told me where and what I would need to do to sign up. After sitting down with an advisor for 5 minutes I was told it would be all finished in 3 hours. I left right away. I never heard of an oil change taking 3 hours especially after a scheduled appointment.

I have been servicing my vehicle regularly at Bay Ridge Nissan for year and a half. The Service Advisors are consistently polite, courteous and very helpful. Donna Argento and Robet Mac are in particular. The technicians are very knowledgeable. Once I reported the transition issue that could could could not have been easily identified because it was not known prior both service advisor amd technician worked with me to identify exact issue, reported to company, promptly ordered new transmission performed, provided loaner and replaced transition quickly at no cost.

Is there an option for zero stars? Horrible. Scammers. Magically problems appeared although the car was brand new with 3000 miles on it after my visit. Then of course followed by phone calls to get me back in to fix it for more money when they caused it in the first place. Never ever again.

Absolutely love this this dealership, came in a couple months ago to trade in my car, now I'm back to get it serviced. Hassan is the best sales rep there is, he definitely knows his stuff, and Kevin from the vehicle exchange program is absolutely wonderful. I can name a handful of people at this location who do a damn good job.
