Buying a car can be a scary experience, an investment that could either make you or break you financially. My fears/anxiety were instantly put to rest the moment I began communicating with Liz Rivera via telephone. Scheduled me and assured I'd be taken care of both with choosing the right vehicle I'd love and could afford. I arrived and Sasha, practically held my hand through the whole process, "these are the choices that fits your budget ." Ray, Financing was not only knowledgeable, again, "Don't worry, we take care of you." Insurance quote, Lisa from Allstate, WOWWWWW! This part of the auto buying experience was the part that worried me the most. Not! This woman was not only genuinely a beautiful person inside and out, SHE KNEW HER STUFF! I not only left with a quote that was like 60 % less of what I expected, i felt she was family! David one of my final reps, made my exit experience comfortable. The gentlemen that escorted us to the Gas station to complementary provide gas, "OK, remember now, you must do this, be sure to always do this, you've made a lovely choice. Enjoy! Samantha was phenomenal ! She was very patient and did everything she could to speed the process up. I'm super grateful that she was my sales rep. My husband and I were looking to upgrade our vehicle. We were greeted at the entrance by Kevin, very young and energetic n full of life. Thou we didn't make a deal the experience was overwhelming. Kevin treated are very well n was on top on everything that was questioned. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable n gave his best to make the deal work.
Every establishment should have a salesman like him cos thats what sales is all about customer satisfaction. Thumbs up kevin, keep doing what you do best, giving your customers somethng to smile about.

Jose Narvaez was my salesperson and Dwayne was my finance manager. Both provided professional and courteous service and made the buying process so simple with my best interest in mind. Jose had in-depth product knowledge and narrowed down my car search based on my budget. Located my Nissan Altima in 2 days. Dwayne got me the best approval, explained the different types of warranty and costs, and did not force anything I didn't need. Overall upfront pricing and stress-free buying process.
