Totally unprofessional. Made me wait for 2 hours the first time. I made another appointment first thing in the morning for my next appointment and they lost my paperwork and didnt know what to tell after making me wait 45 minutes. The staff is not nice at all. You would be far better off going to a more reputable location. Im done with these gum flappers!
